Sometimes we do all the right things when we are preparing to have a hard conversation. We put people first by trying to listen and understand. We check our motivations and use wisdom to decide when, where, and how to have the conversation. And it still blows up in our face, and it’s like there’s a nuclear meltdown on the other person’s part. What do we do then? Join us as we look at how God’s wisdom can help us respond well when others don’t respond well in hard conversations.
